A mobile ticket is a digital document entitling you to entry to mass events. It is sent to your phone after logging in to the Kupbilet.Mobilny app, using the email address provided when purchasing the tickets. At the entrance to the event, simply place your smartphone near the reader to read the ticket code.
2. How does a mobile ticket work?
A mobile ticket works the same way as a paper or PDF ticket, except that you don't need to print anything. Your phone acts as a carrier for the ticket purchased in the system. The Kupbilet.Mobilny app is used to manage your tickets. Tickets are also available offline – they save to your phone.
3. What are the benefits of choosing a mobile ticket?
You can easily transfer a mobile ticket to another person in seconds. Once transferred, it disappears from your phone, so there's no risk of duplicates. You avoid problems with shipping or couriers.
4. Can I use a mobile ticket if I don't have internet access?
Yes. The mobile ticket saves to the Kupbilet.Mobilny app and works offline.
5. What happens if my phone runs out of battery?
You won't be able to enter the event. It's recommended to charge your phone, bring a power bank, or give your ticket to a friend in advance.
6. Can I have multiple mobile tickets on one phone?
Yes. You can store multiple tickets for yourself and others. Each ticket has its own unique code.
7. Can I undo the transfer of a ticket to another person?
No. The transfer of a ticket is irreversible. Please ensure the recipient's email address is correct.
8. Can I print the mobile ticket?
There's no need to – the mobile ticket is intended for use with the Kupbilet.Mobilny app.
9. Does the mobile ticket work on any phone?
Yes, an Android or iOS smartphone and the Kupbilet.Mobilny app are all you need.
10. What happens if I change my phone?
Install the Kupbilet.Mobilny app on the new device and log in with the same email address – the tickets will be assigned to the new phone.
11. Is the mobile ticket secure?
Yes. Tickets are assigned to your account in the Kupbilet.Mobilny app and cannot be copied. The system blocks duplicates.
12. What if I accidentally delete the Kupbilet.Mobilny app from my phone?
Download the app again and log in with the same email address – your tickets will be restored automatically.
13. How can I check if my mobile ticket is working properly?
After logging in, open the ticket assigned to the event. If the code is visible and there are no error messages, the ticket is working.
14. How do I log in to the Kupbilet.Mobilny app?
Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets. You will receive a verification code. After entering it, you will have access to your tickets.
15. Can someone copy my mobile ticket?
No. The ticket only works in the Kupbilet.Mobilny app and is tied to a single device. Once transferred, it disappears from your phone.

The KupBilet.Mobilny app allows you to easily store and manage event tickets. Thanks to it, you always have your tickets with you and can easily share them with friends.
Basic operations in the app
Ticket check – open the TICKETS → Upcoming events tab and show your ticket at the entrance to the event.
Ticket transfer – go to TRANSFERS → Outgoing, select the ticket, and indicate the recipient.
Ticket collection – go to TRANSFERS → Incoming and accept the sent ticket.
Account management – in the ACCOUNT tab, you can check the details assigned to the app.
